When we take responsibility for what we put into the world, we actually change it. It is this belief that has allowed Mutsa to step into numerous experiences with the firm intention to achieve three things: connect with people, find the collective purpose and convert ideas into action. From working as a Management Consultant in corporate South Africa, to facilitating interactive workshops on Sustainable Development in Germany, to creating and running leadership initiatives in Zimbabwe, Mutsa’s diverse roles have allowed him to share knowledge but also receive it from a multitude of sources.
