4th Day of the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session – Strategic Business Planning

On Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE) of INSFP Oued-Aïssi entered its 4th day of training, opening the second module focused on Strategic Business Planning. The session was led by Mrs. Idrenmouche from INSFP Imerzoukene Med Arezki.

Participants explored two key topics: developing a Business Plan and understanding Market Selection and Marketing Strategies. The day featured rich discussions and hands-on activities, providing participants with a clearer vision of how to structure and position their future businesses.

This session also highlighted the strong spirit of cooperation between CDEs. When unexpected circumstances arose, the CDE of INSFP Imerzoukene stepped in, providing trainers Mrs. Idrenmouche and Mrs. Ziani to ensure the continuity of the program and enrich participants’ learning experiences.
