4th Day of the 4th Entrepreneurship Coaching Session – Strategic Planning & Business Approach

On Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, the 4th Entrepreneurship Coaching Session at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE) of INSFP Oued-Aïssi continued with a new training day led by Mr. Boudjemia. This session marked the launch of the second phase of the program, focused on strategic planning and developing a solid entrepreneurial approach.
Participants explored two key themes: creating a comprehensive Business Plan as an essential tool to structure their projects, and Market Selection & Marketing Strategies to position their ventures effectively. Through explanations, practical exercises, and rich discussions, participants strengthened their skills and gained actionable steps to move their ideas forward.
The day was productive, inspiring, and action-driven, reinforcing participants’ capacity to translate entrepreneurial vision into tangible outcomes.
