4th Module – Business Creation, Legal & Fiscal Framework

On Sunday, November 16th, 2025, during the 11th day of training, participants in the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE) of INSFP Oued-Aïssi continued their 4th module, focused on Business Creation and its Legal Framework.

Led by Ms. Lamara from NESDA, the session covered the business tax system, highlighting the differences between the forfait tax regime and the real regime, and explored tax incentives available through NESDA’s support mechanisms. The day included rich discussions, practical exercises, and concrete examples, helping aspiring entrepreneurs strengthen their understanding of the legal and fiscal foundations essential for launching a sustainable business.
