5th Day of the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session – Strategic Business Planning

On Thursday, November 6th, 2025, the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE) of INSFP Oued-Aïssi reached its 5th day of training, concluding the first week of the program. Led by Mrs. Ziani from INSFP Imerzoukene Med Arezki, this session was part of the second module dedicated to Strategic Business Planning.

During the session, participants focused on selecting the most suitable market for their products or services and worked on developing their own Sales Plans. Practical and engaging activities helped participants understand market positioning, customer acquisition strategies, and how to translate their entrepreneurial vision into concrete strategic actions.
