6th Day of the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session – Strategic Business Planning

On Sunday, November 9th, 2025, the 3rd Entrepreneurship Coaching Session at the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE) of INSFP Oued-Aïssi entered the second week of training, marking its 6th day. Led by Mrs. Ziani from INSFP Imerzoukene Med Arezki, this session was part of the second module, focused on Strategic Business Planning.

The training covered two key areas: effective sales strategies, a critical driver of business success and competitiveness, and project cost estimation, essential for ensuring the economic and financial viability of entrepreneurial initiatives. Rich discussions, practical examples, and hands-on activities allowed participants to deepen their understanding of business planning and management fundamentals.
