As part of the closing ceremony of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025, the Director of the University Incubator Start DZ delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the achievements, impact, and spirit of innovation that shaped this year’s edition at Djillali Liabès University – Sidi Bel Abbès.

In his remarks, he expressed:
Appreciation for the strong support of the University President, Prof. Bouziani Merahi, whose guidance and commitment significantly contributed to the success of the event.
Gratitude to economic partners, national institutions, chambers of commerce, and all collaborating bodies for enriching the week with their expertise.
Recognition of the organizing committees, faculty members, and staff for their dedication and hard work throughout the various activities.
Deep admiration for the students whose creativity, motivation, and entrepreneurial energy were at the heart of the week's success.

During the ceremony, the Director also announced the launch of the new digital platform for registering student graduation projects under Decision 008, amended and completed from Decision 1275. This platform aims to connect final-year projects with real economic needs, reinforcing the university’s vision of transforming academic work into valuable, applicable, and market-oriented solutions.

The Director congratulated all participants and winners of the different competitions — including the Hackathon, Digital Entrepreneurship Content Award, Best Idea Competition, Protomarket, and other intellectual and sports activities — emphasizing that true success lies not only in winning but in daring to create, innovate, and collaborate.

The closing remarks reaffirmed the incubator’s ongoing commitment to supporting innovative student projects, strengthening partnerships, and cultivating an environment where ideas develop into real economic opportunities.
