Awareness Day on Ministerial Order 1275 Amended by Order 008 – Institute of Earth and Space Sciences, University of Batna 2

This awareness day is organized as part of the ongoing university campaign dedicated to introducing and clarifying Ministerial Order No. 1275, related to the “End-of-Studies Project – Economic Enterprise Project,” and its amendment through Order No. 008.

The session aims to provide students and faculty members with a clear understanding of the content, objectives, and implementation mechanisms of the new regulatory framework. Participants will explore how the revised system transforms the traditional graduation project into a real entrepreneurial opportunity, enabling students to transform their innovative ideas into viable economic projects.

The activity also seeks to inspire students to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, stimulate creativity, and encourage them to take the first steps toward establishing their own startups. Additionally, the event highlights the essential role of university support structures—such as the Business Incubator, Entrepreneurship Development Center, and Technology & Innovation Support Center—in guiding students throughout the process of project development and business creation.

Target Audience:
Final-year students (Bachelor, Master, PhD), faculty members, and program coordinators.
