The Business Plan and Its Role in Creating a Micro-Enterprise

On the occasion of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, a training workshop was held today, November 20 rd, 2025, as a continuation of the two entrepreneurship training sessions conducted on the 18th and 19th of November, at the Entrepreneurship Development Center of the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene (USTHB).

The workshop focused on the business plan and its role in creating a micro-enterprise, and was delivered by the Center’s trainers, Mr. Melboussi A. and Ms. El Haqawi M.

Several micro-enterprise project holders benefited from this workshop, which covered the key stages of preparing a business plan, how to build a clear project vision, as well as the mechanisms for assessing economic feasibility and the steps required to effectively launch an enterprise.

The workshop was rich and fruitful, marked by positive interaction from the participants.
