Closing Remarks by the University Rector: Empowering Entrepreneurship Through Academia

During the closing moments of the ceremony, Professor Mohamed El Hadi Latreche, the Rector of the University, delivered a heartfelt address in which he expressed his gratitude to all institutions and partners who supported the university and contributed to the success of this edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

He highlighted that this year’s program included 25 activities in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation, benefiting more than 2,500 students. In his remarks, the Rector emphasized that the future of wealth creation in Algeria is closely tied to the development of startups and micro-enterprises.

Professor Latreche reaffirmed that organizing this week aligns with the Algerian national strategy aiming to position the university as an economic engine and a central contributor to value creation and entrepreneurial growth.
