Hackathon AI Problem Solvers - Deliberation
As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 at Djillali Liabes University – Sidi Bel Abbès, the university incubator Start DZ organized the Hackathon AI Problem Solvers, an event designed to encourage students to develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence technologies.
The hackathon witnessed remarkable participation from students across various disciplines, who presented creative projects aimed at solving real-world problems through algorithms, predictive models, and smart digital tools.
Following the project presentations, the jury—composed of experts and specialized professors—entered the Deliberation phase to evaluate the submitted ideas based on several criteria, including:
- Creativity and innovation
- Added value of the proposed solution
- Feasibility and applicability
- Presentation quality
- Effective use of AI techniques
This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of digital innovation and encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial, AI-driven projects aligned with modern technological trends.
