The Idea Box activity is an interactive initiative organized during Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 at the University Center of Illizi. It offers students and young innovators a creative space to submit their entrepreneurial ideas, propose solutions to local challenges, and engage actively in the university’s innovation ecosystem.

The activity was inaugurated by the University Director, who placed the first idea form, symbolizing institutional support for youth-driven innovation. Throughout the week, students write their ideas on dedicated forms and deposit them inside the Idea Box. These ideas will later be reviewed, pre-screened, and evaluated by a scientific committee composed of professors, entrepreneurship experts, and representatives of the university’s entrepreneurial interfaces.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of opportunity identification, problem-solving, and how early-stage ideas can develop into real entrepreneurial projects. This initiative reinforces the university’s commitment to fostering creativity, supporting youth empowerment, and building a dynamic startup culture in the Illizi region.
