IDEAS Box – Transforming Innovation into Impact

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025 (17–23 November), the BLEU at the University Center of Illizi, under the direct supervision of Professor Moussa Boubekeur, Director of the Center, Cohosted a Scientific Idea Selection Activity. This initiative is conducted in accordance with Decision No. 008, complementing and amending Decision No. 1275, and is designed to evaluate the potential of registered project ideas to be developed into viable and innovative startup ventures with measurable economic and developmental impact.

IDEAS Box is an interactive initiative designed to capture, evaluate, and develop innovative project ideas from students, researchers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Operating under the guidance of BLUE – The Office of the Institution’s Relationship with the University and in collaboration with the Business Incubator, AI HOUSE and CPE, IDEAS Box provides a structured environment for transforming creative concepts into viable entrepreneurial initiatives.
