A working session was held yesterday, 18 November 2025, bringing together the President of the Local Development, Equipment, Investment, and Employment Committee, members of the Provincial Popular Assembly, the Director of Industry, the Director of the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (NESDA), the Vice-Rector for External Relations at Djillali Liabès University, the Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center (CDE), the Director of the University Incubator, the Manager of the Mini-Incubator, as well as university candidates who benefited from training at the CDE and obtained funding for their small and medium enterprises through NESDA.

This meeting was dedicated to discussing ways to support these young entrepreneurs, strengthen local investment, and develop mechanisms to enhance the connection between the university and its economic environment in order to boost entrepreneurial dynamism at the provincial level.

In conclusion, we extend our sincere thanks and deep appreciation to all participating institutions for this valuable initiative and for their continuous support of university youth and project holders—an essential contribution to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and driving local development.
