As part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025, and under the supervision of Professor Moussa Boubker, the Pioneers Platform hosted an outstanding scientific session this evening titled:

“Mechanisms for Building Team Spirit in Entrepreneurial Project Teams.”

The workshop explored the foundations of teamwork and the principles that strengthen cohesion, synergy, and collaboration within entrepreneurial project groups.

The session was moderated by Dr. Khathir Chine, Director of the Business Incubator at the University Center of Illizi, who provided a solid academic framework on the critical role that team dynamics play in the success of entrepreneurial ventures, emphasizing how effective group spirit contributes to innovation and project sustainability.
