- احتفاء بالأسبوع العالمي لريادة الأعمال 2025 نظم المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني الشهيد سلطان ابراهيم  العالية-بسكرة بالتنسيق مع الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية بسكرة نظم يوم دراسي تخلله مداخلة مقدم من ممثل الوكالة السيد: حمادي عصام تمحورت حول أهمية ريادة الأعمال ودورها في خلق الثورة وفتح فرص العمل ، إضافة إلى تقديم توضيحات حول آليات الدعم والموافقة المقدمة من طرف الوكالة.
وكذا استعراض نموذج لمؤسسة ناشئة ناجحة ممثلة في السيد: بن زيدة نسيم حيث قدم شروحات للمتكونين حول كيفية انشاء مؤسسة ناشئة .
انتهى اليوم الدراسي بفتح باب النقاش مع المتكونين لطرح إنشغالاتهم حول المؤسسات الناشئة
-  وهدف هذا اليوم الدراسي إلى تحفيز روح المبادرة و تمكين الشباب من التعرف وفهم آليات الدعم المتاحة لبعث مشاريعهم الخاصة، وترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار والعمل الحر داخل الوسط التكويني.

In celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025, the National Specialized Institute for Vocational Training, Martyr Sultan Ibrahim El Alia, Biskra, in coordination with the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in Biskra, organized a workshop. The workshop included a presentation by Mr. Hamadi Essam, representing the Agency, focusing on the importance of entrepreneurship and its role in generating wealth and creating job opportunities. He also provided explanations regarding the support and approval mechanisms offered by the Agency.

Additionally, a successful startup model was presented by Mr. Ben Zida Nassim, who provided trainees with explanations on how to establish a startup.

The workshop concluded with an open discussion with the trainees to address their concerns about startups.

The aim of this workshop was to stimulate entrepreneurship, empower young people to learn about and understand the support mechanisms available for launching their own projects, and to instill a culture of innovation and self-employment within the training environment.
