Opening Session of the Global Entrepreneurship Week

The opening session of the Global Entrepreneurship Week featured two welcoming addresses:

Prof. Djemal Hamana, Director of the National Polytechnic School of Constantine (ENPC), who welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of this event in promoting an entrepreneurial culture and fostering a spirit of initiative within the university community.

The Director of the NESDA Agency in Constantine, who highlighted the agency’s key role in supporting entrepreneurial projects and encouraging students to launch innovative initiatives that contribute to national economic development.

The session was moderated by Dr. Mounir Amokrane, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center, and Dr. Rabahi Fares, Director of the Business Incubator, whose interventions focused on the significance of cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset among university students as a fundamental lever for innovation and value creation within higher education institutions.
They also underscored the strategic importance of Ministerial Decree No. 1275, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 008, in strengthening the outcomes of Algerian universities and enabling their effective contribution to the national economy.
