Participation of Dr. Khathir Chine in the International Scientific Conference on Startups, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence – Annaba 2025
Dr. Khathir Chine, Director of the Business Incubator at the University Center of Illizi, participated in the International Scientific Conference titled:
“Startups in the Era of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence: Integrating Open Innovation and Knowledge Management to Achieve Green Growth.”
The conference was organized by Badji Mokhtar University – Annaba, in collaboration with Tunisian universities within the 5+5 Partnership Agreement, including:
- Gafsa University
- Gabès University
- Sfax University
- Jendouba University
The event took place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, with the participation of distinguished professors and researchers from Algeria and Tunisia.
It aimed to discuss the role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in supporting startups, fostering open innovation, and developing sustainable ecosystems that contribute to green growth.
Dr. Khathir Chine’s contribution highlighted:
- The importance of open innovation in enhancing startup competitiveness
- The role of knowledge management in accelerating digital transformation
- How smart technologies (AI) can support entrepreneurial projects
- Aligning innovation with sustainability and green development goals
This participation represents a valuable scientific contribution and strengthens the presence of the University Center of Illizi’s Business Incubator in regional and international academic discussions on entrepreneurship and digital innovation.
