Preliminary Market Analysis

The activities celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week continued into their second day, organized by Mila University in coordination with CDE univ MILA and  all Student Support Interfaces . The day featured several scheduled training workshops and lectures on various topics. 

The second lecture of the day was titled “Preliminary Market Analysis,” in which Dr. Bouderja Ramzi, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center at Mila University, addressed the various steps a project holder must undertake to accurately identify customer needs and desires, segment customers, direct the appropriate marketing mix to them, and study post-purchase behavior.
