Mr. Oulad Salem Ahmed, the regional director of ANGEM, gave a presentation introducing ANGEM and its role in financing entrepreneurship project holders based on their obtained academic degree. He also emphasized to the distinguished attendees the importance of training and its relationship to entering the world of entrepreneurship through entrepreneurship development centers
