The Faculty of Economic Sciences at Djillali Liabès University – Sidi Bel Abbès, in collaboration with the university incubator Start DZ, organized a Business Model Canvas (BMC) Training Workshop to strengthen students’ entrepreneurial and project development skills.

The workshop aimed to:
Introduce students to the structure and importance of the Business Model Canvas
Teach participants how to analyze and design the key components of a business model
Help students transform their ideas into structured, viable project concepts
Encourage strategic thinking in identifying value propositions, customer segments, cost structures, and revenue streams
Prepare student project holders for future stages of validation, incubation, and pitching

Throughout the session, students engaged in practical exercises, group discussions, and real-case applications that enabled them to better understand how to build and articulate a coherent business model.

This initiative reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to promoting entrepreneurship and equipping students with essential tools for developing innovative and impactful projects.
