Training Course: " You Are a Project Before You Have a Project Idea – Introduction " (November 22, 2025) (Fourth day of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2025)

Course Description:

This introductory training session highlights the idea that personal development and self-awareness form the foundation of any successful entrepreneurial project. Before shaping a project idea, students are encouraged to explore their strengths, values, motivations, and the challenges they aspire to address. The session helps participants understand how their identity, competencies, and aspirations are essential components in building impactful and sustainable projects.

 

Course Objectives:

 

1. Introduce students to personal development as the starting point of the entrepreneurial journey.

2. Help participants identify their motivations, strengths, and potential areas for innovation.

3. Encourage students to connect their personal experiences with the societal problems they aim to address.

4. Raise awareness about the importance of mindset, leadership, and self-confidence in entrepreneurship.

5. Prepare students to transition from self-reflection to formulating meaningful and feasible project ideas.
