Working Session to Prepare a Framework Agreement with UMMTO

A working session was held between the Director of the institute and the Vice-Director of Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou (UMMTO) to discuss the preparation of a framework agreement between the Provincial Directorate of Vocational Training and Education and the University of Tizi Ouzou.

This meeting aimed to establish the foundations of future collaboration, strengthen institutional partnership, and explore opportunities for joint initiatives that will benefit learners and enhance the regional ecosystem of skills and innovation. The forthcoming agreement represents an important step toward fostering synergy between vocational training and higher education.
