Workshop: Ready for Takeoff – Turning Ideas into Successful Ventures
The Business Accelerator at the University Center of Illizi is organizing an exclusive training workshop titled:
“Ready for Takeoff: Turning Ideas into Successful Ventures”,
delivered by Dr. Samia Doumi.
This workshop aims to guide students and young innovators through the essential steps needed to transform their entrepreneurial ideas into actionable and sustainable projects. The session will cover:
- How to turn a raw idea into an executable project
- Steps to design a Business Model Canvas (BMC)
- Project planning and marketing tools
- Common challenges and how to overcome them
- Creative success stories from student-led initiatives
