“Ready for Takeoff: Turning Ideas into Successful Ventures”
Facilitated by Dr. Samia Doumi
Designed for students and young innovators, this workshop will provide practical guidance on transforming entrepreneurial ideas into actionable, sustainable projects. Participants will gain hands-on insights into key aspects of launching a venture, including:
- Converting initial ideas into executable projects
- Designing and utilizing the Business Model Canvas (BMC)
- Project planning, marketing strategies, and management tools
- Identifying common challenges and learning strategies to overcome them
