Workshop Title: The Circular Economy Business Model Factory

Transform linear "take-make-waste" models into circular systems. This workshop provides methodologies for designing out waste and keeping materials in use. Participants will map their resource flows, identify waste streams that can become revenue streams, and design product-as-a-service models. Includes accessing global material marketplaces for industrial symbiosis and calculating circularity metrics for investors.
