The BLEU – University Business Liaison Office is pleased to announce an upcoming workshop titled:
“Understanding and Applying the Business Model Canvas (BMC)”,
to be delivered by Dr. Mahdjoub Ahmed Esaleh, a specialist in entrepreneurial design and business planning.

This workshop aims to introduce participants—students, early-stage founders, and innovators—to one of the most essential tools used in modern entrepreneurship: the Business Model Canvas (BMC).
The session will cover:

  • Understanding the nine blocks of the BMC
  • How to use the canvas to structure and refine business ideas
  • Identifying customer segments and value propositions
  • Mapping revenue streams and cost structures
  • Practical examples of successful business models
  • Hands-on exercises to apply the framework to real student ideas
