First Globals (Millennials) are often times criticized for constantly expecting that trophy they always got despite their performance, not being sufficiently " 9 to 5", for living in a video game world, and for being impatient. Of course. They are not 9 to 5 because they are "7 and 24" -- always "on" because the whole world is their playing field. By getting that trophy, they have learned how to work in teams to solve problems. Video games help foster the real skills they will need to analyze situations and make rapid decisions, and think strategically. Impatience is better that entropy. I am celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Week because it is a validation of the new present and real future. In my latest book First Globals: Understanding, Managing, and Unleashing Our Millennial Generation, details on how to manage and work with "7 and 24" Millennials.
