In addition to leading the JA network in Europe which covers 40 countries, Caroline works in close collaboration with European institutions, the business community and international networks to advocate for better education and training for young people in entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy. In addition to programs and activities for all age levels, JA Europe leads the Entrepreneurial Skills PassTM (a unique micro-credential for teenagers), and the EE-HUB, an expert network on entrepreneurship education. JA Europe reached 4.6 million young people in 2017. Her career has involved establishing JA operations in many countries, as well as multi-level collaboration with educators, business people and policy makers across Europe.
Based in Brussels, Caroline is a policy expert, a frequent speaker, moderator and panelist. Caroline has Canadian and Belgian citizenship.
