Tim currently serves as the Program Manager for the Adventist Health Leadership Residency program where he designs, promotes and manages a robust, on-the job training experience for future health-care leaders as part of the organization’s executive pipeline strategy. He brings a unique perspective to the role as he also successfully completed a Leadership Residency in the Southern California region working directly with the Regional Vice President of Human Resources to support 5 HR Directors and 20 clinics. He later accepted the role of Senior HR Advisor at the 515-bed Adventist Health Glendale.
He also creates social media content and speaks publicly on the subject of Meaningful Work.
His previous experience includes product marketing at Hewlett-Packard, sales at Agility Recovery and owning his own sales and consulting business.
Olaore holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oakwood University and an Masters in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University.
Tim has knack for being able to instantly connect with people, a passion for storytelling, enjoys playing the guitar and lives with his wife and 3 kids in Roseville CA.
