Workshop Overview
Entrepreneurs work on a one page project template to establish their business execution plan for their new concept. All the details regarding strategy, market research, competitive edge, funding, logistics have to be developed separately as components. The focus of the workshop is to come up with a phased life cycle framework for planning, tracking and follow-up on the important milestones for your startup. This becomes the framework or roadmap that the entrepreneur will follow to successfully manage his or her first critical year of operation, while having an early warning measurement for issues and problems, which offers an opportunity to manage ad solve them in a proactive manner.
