Founded in 2003, SourceLink® is a national organization working to build vibrant and cohesive entrepreneurial ecosystems that attract startups, accelerate business growth, create jobs, and develop sustainable partnerships. Leveraging technology and consulting services SourceLink provides access to a community of economic developers, government leaders and ecosystem builders who share best practices and lessons learned for building diverse and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystems in more than 65 rural, metropolitan and statewide communities across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Young and new firms are net new job creators and critical to thriving communities. Creating strong inclusive ecosystems of support is key to their success and requires not only partnerships and commitment from local stakeholders, but also funding to support the work.

On November 18, 9-10 AM CT, join SourceLink’s Rob Williams, Director and Dara Macan, Director Partnerships and Engagement as they share insights on how to work with a diverse set of funding sources from the CARES Act and public-private partnerships to foundations and large philanthropic organizations.

The presentation will include several examples of communities in rural and metropolitan areas that have successfully secured funding to build and grow inclusive ecosystems. Additionally, Dr. Lomax Campbell, Director Mayor’s Office of Community Wealth Building City of Rochester will share highlights about his success securing significant funding to support equitable work and programming among key resource partner organizations in the New York Finger Lakes region.
