GEW 2015: Ray of Hopes Initiatives for Entrepreneurship

At Ray of Hope Head Office in Rawalpindi, the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) was celebrated with pomp from November 14 to November 15, 2015. They organized three activities:
1.     Importance of Taxation for New Ventures
2.     Importance of Proper taxation for Entrepreneurs
3.     Entrepreneurship for Non Entrepreneurs
The first activity, Importance of Taxation for New Ventures, was an online session conducted by Mr. Mirza Haider Ali on 14th of November, 2015. Mr. Ali, a Chartered Accountant by profession, conducted the talk through a Webinar. The session was organized keeping in mind geographical mobility of the participants and was virtually attended by 13 people.
The second activity was a session on Entrepreneurship for Non-Entrepreneurs delivered by Mr. Muhammad Mirza Ali, Program Director of Ray of Hope, held at Regional Office Chakwal on 14th of November, 2015. The session was attended by 15 people eager to learn about entrepreneurship and its importance.
The third activity was, again, an online session on Importance of Proper Taxation for Entrepreneurs which was held on 15th of November, 2015. The Guest Speaker Mr. Mirza Haider Ali, OGDCL, shared the importance of taxation for entrepreneurs and shared his valuable experience with the participants.
