Abstract summary of this Policy resource
The law consists of 6 parts and 46 articles. It regulates the framework for: conducting inspections, reducing the number of inspection authorities, the procedures the inspection agencies should follow and the rights and obligations of entrepreneurs in dealing with the inspection.
