It is understanding what your customers need and providing a "wow" in your products, services, marketing messages, and everything that represents your brand so that they keep coming back. Keep in mind, that building relationships with your customers are not the only relationships you should concern yourself with. You also have suppliers, media, business partners, and others that you'll be building relationships with as a business owner.

Who is this event for?

This event is for clothing store owners, sellers of accessories such as jewelry and handbags, fashion stylists, photographers, models, make-up artists, hairstylists, designers, influencers and bloggers, and other entrepreneurs in the fashion and beauty industry looking to collaborate and learn.


About the Speaker:

Kelly Richardson is the founder of Fashion Entrepreneurs of Houston (FEH) which began in 2019. She has prior experience working in retail as a Sales Associate at Rainbow Clothing, Fashion Cents, and Macy’s. She has also worked as a Store Manager at Christopher & Banks and Cato Fashion. Although she loves wearing a t-shirt and jeans, she also loves fashionable clothing.

It was during her volunteer experience with STS- AIChE that she learned many of the skills necessary to start and run FEH. She learned how to organize monthly meetings, speak in front of large crowds, recruit speakers, advertise, raise funding, manage a budget, recruit members, and so much more!
