She has extensive experience negotiating partnerships and winning multi-year European Commission technology development bids for the world's most established and promising innovators. She is especially passionate about the nexus between purpose and technology and was instrumental in launching and establishing a diverse range of tech, impact and nonprofit ventures in new markets in 60+ countries. A frequent speaker on the subject of innovation, Triple Bottom Line/ ROI in Philanthropy and women's leadership/ entrepreneurship, Nirit is a new Dallasite, having previously lived in several other US cities, Israel, Portugal and the UK. She is an active member of YPO, where she Chairs the YPO Entrepreneurship & Innovation Network and Innovation Week globally.
