Jennifer Cabala is the Vice President of Community for Techstars - the worldwide network that helps entrepreneurs succeed. She leads the division focused on entrepreneur and innovation ecosystem development and programs that inspire, educate and connect entrepreneurs.

Techstars Communities’ flagship education programs include Startup Weekend and Startup Week. More than 165,000 entrepreneurs participated in Techstars community programs in over 100 countries in 2017.

Prior to leading the Community division Jennifer led program operations for the Techstars Accelerator division while scaling from six U.S. accelerator programs to 35 worldwide. She joined Techstars to help lead the first Microsoft Accelerator powered by Techstars.

Before Techstars she was the second employee at Startup Weekend, helping it grow from 90 events a year to 300 and creating the Startup Next pre-accelerator program with a curriculum that is now being used in 18 countries. Before Startup Weekend Jennifer ran a media startup in Seattle and spent many years as a journalist.
