Sidi Tiemoko Toure has graduated from the: the Diplomatic and Strategic Study Center (DSSC) of Paris, the Houphouet Boigny National Polytechnic Institute (INPHB), the Commerce and Management School (CMS) , the Vocational School of Abidjan (VSA) and the Technical Preparatory Military School (EMPT) of Bingerville.
Minister TOURE has enrolled very early in politics with the Rassemblement des Republicains (RDR) since its creation in 1994.
Active activist of the Rassemblement des Jeunes Republicains (RJR), the youth branch of the RDR, Sidi Tiémoko TOURE was elected base Committee President, then Section Secretary at Cocody, then Member of the National Executive office of the RJR, then Acting National President, before presenting himself as a candidate for the President post at the first congress of the RJR in 1998.
A core liberal, Sidi Tiémoko TOURE is the founder of the Young Liberals Organisation of Ivory Coast (OJLCI) in 1998, and was elected President of the Young Liberals African Organisation (OJLA) from 2003 to 2007, before being elected as the Treasurer of the Internationale Liberale from 2012 to 2013.
In 2001, he is the Campaign Director of Hamed Bakayoko, for the municipal election of Cocody.
In 2002, he is the Director of the Logistics and Planification of the Campaign of Henriette Dagry Diabaté, at Abidjan, for the county elections (Districts) of Ivory Coast.
In 2006, he joins the former Prime Minister and President of the RDR Alassane Ouattara, who just came back from exile, as Chief of Staff.
Sidi Tiémoko TOURE held this position until the rise of the latter at the supreme magistracy in november 2010. The President renewed then his trust in him as Chief of Staff and Personal Assistant until may 13 2015
Sidi Tiémoko TOURE was appointed Minister of the Youth Promotion, Youth Employment and Civic Service.
The former Chief of Staff of the President is known for his strictness and his professionalism, which is result of the years passed near him.
His various competencies were also demonstrated while successfully holding key positions at the Ivorian Metallic Wrappings Company (SIEM), at the Electric Equipment Marketing Company (SOCOMELEC), and at Schneider Electric West Africa .
The Minister Sidi Tiémoko TOURE is the author of a book entitled “Alassane Ouattara and the Youth, the Time of the Possibles”.
