Tochukwu Egbosi

My name is Tochukwu Egbosi. I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. Growing up, I dreamed of becoming many things—a great salesman, a skilled negotiator, a communicator, a trainer, a business owner, a real estate investor, an engineer, an accountant, and even a politician. Because of these varied aspirations, I didn’t always have a clear-cut goal throughout my studies and early career. All I truly wanted was to make a meaningful impact, build solid investments, raise a great family, and travel the world.

Now that I’m older and more experienced, I’ve come to realize that I didn’t need to wait for some grand moment of clarity to figure out what I needed to do or who I needed to become. I simply had to start moving, learning, and growing.

I studied Quantity Surveying at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Later, I earned a master’s degree from Loughborough University in the UK—a truly life-changing experience for me. I then went on to earn an MBA from Lagos Business School.

Over the years, I’ve worked across different sectors in roles such as Cost Manager, Contract Manager, and in general operations. Yet, I never felt deeply fulfilled. What continues to bring me joy and purpose is investing in businesses and helping to turn them around.

That passion led to the birth of Totage-Hill Consulting—a firm driven by my desire to create, transform, and build lasting value through strategic investments and business development.
