BC Entrepreneurship Summit 2025

The space of economic and technological transformations is accelerating in our contemporary world, and entrepreneurship stands out as a powerful force driving sustainable growth, creating jobs, and stimulating innovation in society. With this in mind, this year’s Entrepreneurship Week slogan, "Together We Build," emphasizes that success in the modern business environment does not depend on a single party, but on collective efforts and the integration of roles across all sectors.

The Chamber of Businessmen has set support and empowerment of entrepreneurs as a strategic objective among its six goals, and recognizes that building partnerships is the foundation of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem. By strengthening partnerships among the three sectors—the public, the private, and civil society—we will be able to share knowledge, provide resources, facilitate access to markets and sources of funding.

Building these cohesive networks will accelerate turning innovative ideas into scalable projects and provide sustainable job opportunities, thereby boosting local economic growth.

The Chamber of Businessmen intends to celebrate Entrepreneurship Week in the city of Aden, to be held in parallel with World Week 2025, from November 17–23, through a series of events under the name (BC- Entrepreneurship Summit) aimed at raising awareness of entrepreneurship as a method for building a stronger and more sustainable local economy. The events will include:

• Raising awareness of entrepreneurship through seminars and educational sessions that meet the needs of entrepreneurs in Aden and support the local entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• A business advisory camp that will enable project owners to receive specialized consultations.
• A financing services exhibition as a platform bringing together banks, microfinance institutions, and project owners to learn about available financing services and products.

We invite our partners from government authorities, financial institutions, universities, the business community, and civil society to contribute to supporting this event as a vibrant platform for learning, exchanging experiences, and building partnerships and collaboration across different sectors.
