As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025, join us for a special Hack Night with Luiza Avetisyan, Co-Founder & CEO of staff.am, Armenia’s leading career ecosystem transforming how people find jobs and how employers attract talent.
Luiza will take us behind the scenes of building staff.am from zero to 5,000+ customers, sharing lessons on growth, leadership, and resilience in Armenia’s fast-evolving tech landscape.
With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, talent, and business, Luiza has co-founded and led ventures including staff.am, Hirebee, and Fempower, a community empowering women leaders. She also writes the newsletter Work Decoded and hosts the Beyond Podcast, exploring the future of work in the AI era.
