Agrifood Innovation Summit 2025
Agrifood Innovation Summit 2025 is the flagship event dedicated to innovation in agriculture, now in its fifth edition, organised by Impact Hub Bucharest, supported by EIT Food and with the backing of Bayer, which joins this year’s initiative. The event brings together leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators from the agrifood sector for a full day focused on sustainability, digitalisation, and supporting farmers, startups, and innovative agricultural businesses.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore the mission and values of EIT Food Hub Romania, understand the role of APIA in the green and digital transition, and engage in discussions on scaling innovation for a sustainable future in agrifood. The event also features special sessions dedicated to the empowerment of women in agrifood, complemented by interactive networking moments and knowledge exchange.
Another key highlight of the summit is the presentation of the latest edition of the Romanian Agrifood Startups Report, a report that identifies the most promising startups in the sector and highlights the trends and challenges of the local market.
Don’t miss EWA Demo Day, where 10 ambitious female entrepreneurs participating in the Empowering Women in Agrifood programme will showcase their business ideas, with two of them being awarded €10,000 and €5,000 respectively to further develop their innovative projects.
