Workshop of financial behaviorisme in startups

The workshop on Behavioral Finance in Startups, attended by 32 participants, aimed to enhance understanding of how psychological and behavioral factors influence financial decision-making within emerging ventures. Throughout the session, participants explored key concepts such as cognitive biases, risk perception, investor psychology, and their impact on budgeting, fundraising, and strategic financial choices in startup environments. Practical case studies illustrated common decision errors faced by founders—such as overconfidence, loss aversion, and anchoring—and highlighted tools to mitigate these biases. The workshop combined theoretical insights with interactive discussions, enabling participants to assess their own financial behaviors and develop more rational, data-driven approaches.
