Presentation on Vocational Training Role in Entrepreneurship

The second cohort of the Entrepreneurship Development Center at the National Specialized Institute for Vocational Training and Education, Ben Zahra Abdelkader – Kharouba, participated in an advanced training workshop on how to establish a successful business. This workshop was part of a program aimed at instilling a spirit of initiative and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among the trainees. The workshop covered the most important practical steps for launching a successful project, starting with market research and needs analysis, moving through the preparation of a business plan, and culminating in financing mechanisms and support for youth projects through various support agencies. The trainees' participation was characterized by active discussion and the presentation of innovative ideas, reflecting their awareness of the importance of acquiring entrepreneurial skills and their readiness to confidently and effectively integrate into the business world.
