Day on entrepreneurship and business leadership

Study day on how to establish a successful enterprise attracted over 500 attendees, including the General Inspector of the Wilaya and various executive directors. The Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center at the university and representatives from the university's business incubator were also present, alongside the vocational training sector, faculty members, trainees, and project-holding graduates A representative from the Director of Vocational Training delivered a valuable presentation during this study day, focusing on the role of the vocational training sector in instilling an entrepreneurial culture among trainees. In her presentation, she emphasized the importance of education and vocational training in enhancing the spirit of initiative and innovation, illustrating how educational programs can contribute to developing the skills necessary for effective project management. She also discussed the need to provide an educational environment thats creative thinking and offers essential support to trainees through workshops, practical training, and seminars that encourages success strategies in the entrepreneurial landscape. Furthermore, she highlighted the importance of activating partnerships between institutes and economic institutions to offer training and mentorship opportunities, thereby enhancing the ability of young people to engage in the labor market as successful entrepreneurs.
