7S WORKSHOP: Re-Engineering the Basics of Good Housekeeping

5S Plus 2S Workshop is a one day highly interactive workshop on effective workplace organization and standardized work procedures with the additional of 2S. 5S Plus 2S is a PROCESS that organizes individual workstations and workplaces. 

The primary focus of 5S Plus 2S is the elimination of wastes in the work environment that result from unorganized files, records and documents, unclean material, tools, machines, desks, inventories, aisles, walkways, storage locations. 5S Plus 2S provide a structured methodical approach with integrated Office Based Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) controls and best practices geared towards attainment of performance and organizational excellence.
