GEN IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARRIBEAN
In July 2025, GEN launched its vision for a more entrepreneurial future for Latin America and the Caribbean by 2035 (V35) and convened a Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Puerto Rico to launch its efforts to boost economic growth and building cross-border networks within the region.
In early 2026 GEN further expanded its focus on Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) when it signed a multi-year partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB) to build ecosystem capacity and performance as the LAC seeks to continue to improve its competitive position as a major hub of global innovation.
A key part of GEN’s mission in the LAC is to ensure the region continues to have access to cutting-edge live events and opportunities to connect with other leaders with shared interests from both the regional and global ecosystem.
THE GET FORUM
GEN is therefore especially pleased to invite you to the continent-wide Global Entrepreneurship and Technology Forum (GET Forum) from October 5–7, 2026 in Quito, Ecuador, co-hosted with IDB, the Government of Ecuador and Alianza para el Emprendimiento e Innovación (AEI) – GEN’s longtime partner in Ecuador.
Note attendance will be limited to 800 participants interested in the region from around the world. Registration is still open but will close once we reach maximum capacity.
