Led by Endeavor Argentina, the host of GEW/Argentina, Buenos Aires witnessed one of the largest -- if not the largest -- events to occur during Global Entrepreneurship Week.
Regardless of its global status, Dia del Emprendedor (Entrepreneurs Day) is hands down the largest event of GEW / Argentina with more than 5,300 people registered to this one day full of activities supported by more than 30 partner organizations. Argentinians celebrated Entrepreneurs Day with 67 activities in parallel sessions all day long--as well as dance shows and musical performances to keep things lively.
Earlier in the week, Argentina kicked off GEW with a virtual event called Startup Camp. This event was open to all Latin American countries and the page had 27,000 visitors from 18 countries. When all was said and done, 4,000 people participated in the six day long online conference. Many hours of content created by more than 60 speakers will remain available for entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs as a legacy of the week.
