Argentina's Entrepreneurship Academy

How does the program work?

The Argentine Entrepreneurship Academy's main objective is to strengthen and foster the development of entrepreneurial skills among Argentine entrepreneurs. To achieve this goal, the Academy works with different local agents of each state or regional ecosystem coordinating training activities both distance and on-site modalities.

On-site Modality

  • Awareness Activities. This  activities seek to achieve a first contact with local entrepreneurs giving basic tools for the development of their endeavors through a motivational and inspirational conferences. 
  • Workshops. This workshops  aim to strengthen competences through specific content tools focused on business management and other entrepreneurial skills such as: CANVAS, Pitch, Networking, Digital communication.
  • Roundtables for Trainers. This training modality is designed to foster the creation of highly trained teachers and instructors teams for the local ecosystems. The roundtables are directed to NGOs, universities, local development centers and professional interested in deliver contents on entrepreneurial skills. 

Distance Modality 
Via an online platform, the Academy delivers courses, workshops, conferences and seminars on entrepreneurship subjects and skills, taking into account the different stages of development of business. All contents are available on the Academy website: https://www.academia.gob.ar/.

Eligibility

Startup: Is a newly emerged entrepreneurial and productive venture which challenge is to search for a respectable and scalable business model.
 
Scaleup: development-stage business that is looking to grow in terms of market access, revenues, and number of employees, adding value by identifying and realizing win-win opportunities for collaboration with established companies. As with any capital-intensive company, the financing goal for a scaleup is to reward its investors, either by being acquired via an M&A or via an IPO.
