Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI) Conducts Career Counseling Session for Women Trainees under the SICIP Project with Support from GEN Bangladesh

GEN Bangladesh, in support of the Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI), recognizes and supports this impactful initiative conducted under the SICIP Project, implemented by the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with BWCCI. The ‘Food and Beverage Production and Entrepreneurship Development’ training course offers women the opportunity to gain technical and entrepreneurial knowledge at no cost, empowering them to become self-reliant professionals.

As part of this program, a Career Counseling Session was organized for the first batch of trainees. The session focused on career readiness, practical guidance, and pathways for participants to apply their skills in real-world business contexts.

With GEN Bangladesh’s support, this initiative aims to strengthen women’s participation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem by helping them develop both employment and enterprise opportunities in Bangladesh’s rapidly growing food and beverage sector.
